Include
- Operating system and Vibooks version
- Whether you use desktop, CLI, headless, or an AI agent workflow
- The exact error message and the action immediately before it
- Your license email for billing issues, but never the license key
Do not submit
- License keys, API tokens, passwords, or recovery links
- Bank credentials or complete bank and card numbers
- Full bookkeeping files unless we provide an appropriate transfer method

Product support and bookkeeping services are separate.
Product support helps you install, access, update, and operate Vibooks. Bookkeeping services are for customers who want us to prepare or maintain the books.
